Professional Press Releases For Your Company
The ability to generate press coverage can elevate your business to a higher level of credibility and even sales. Press coverage is great because it helps you market your company to a specific audience but also provides excellent third-party credibility for your small business. Think about how it would benefit you to have your company’s news picked up by media outlets like Yahoo!, CBS Marketwatch, MSNBC.com, or even your local business paper, for example.
Through PR, you are not talking about how great you are, but rather the media are talking about you. This is powerful because your prospective customers today are extremely savvy and they appreciate the power of third-party credibility. The best part is good PR can be achieved at a fraction of the cost of traditional advertising – yet it’s often very effective at motivating a buyer behavior because it comes across as informational.
How do you go about getting this kind of PR? A well-written and compelling press release is the first place to look.
There are two main components to the press release process – writing a compelling release and then distribution to the media. Neither is more critical than the other, yet they work together to achieve great PR for your company. Large, Fortune-500 corporations send out press releases often, sometimes several each week. But smaller businesses, entrepreneurs and even start-ups can take advantage of press releases because many times reporters are just as interested in your news, too.
Stay Focused on Running Your Business
To say you’re a busy person would be an understatement. As a small business owner and entrepreneur you’ve got plenty to deal with when running your business, from sales and finances to customer service and operations. By selecting one of our press release writing options you can leave the writing and distribution up to us. You can focus on running your business while the press hits start rolling in.
Option 1 (we write it for you)
In option one we will work with you to develop the right angle to attract the most attention from the press. 15-year PR veteran, John Sternal will work directly with you to develop your press release (click here to see a sample of John’s press releases and results). You will receive a 30-minute brainstorm session either by phone or skype (your choice) and a press release up to 500 words written with four keywords of your choice. To make sure it is written to your satisfaction we will also provide you with three rounds of editing at no extra charge. Click here to inquire about this option.
After the 30-minute brainstorm session we promise to deliver the first draft within two business days.
Option 2 (we write it & send it out)
With this option you get a compelling press release up to 500 words written with four keywords of your choosing, plus we will send your release to 15 press release distribution sites and 30 media outlets with targeted reporters, giving your news an opportunity to get picked up by a number of media outlets. This option gets your news in front of leading editors all over the globe giving you the chance for great results. Plus, you can accomplish higher search engine optimization (SEO) through the keywords that you selected for your press release. Click here to inquire about this option.
Option 3 (bulk package)
Option three provides you with the most value for your dollar. You get five press releases with the “Option 2” distribution for each with a discounted price (buy five for the price of four). The benefit to this option is continuity and the ability to create momentum with ongoing publicity efforts. When prospective customers search for different keywords it’s good if your company comes up several different times so that you get your messages in front of them. Additionally, the media do online searches on companies as well, and when they see you’ve been active in providing news it raises your credibility in their eyes. Click here to inquire about this option.
Option 4 (we polish a release you’ve written)
Some companies would prefer to write their own press releases because they feel they know their business more than anyone else. We’re here to help you polish your press releases and make sure you’ve got the right compelling angle with proper keyword use, all at a great low price. With this option you also receive The PR Toolkit at no extra cost to help you learn additional tips on how to generate media exposure for your small business. We will not re-write your press release but we will provide you with different word choices, options for quotes or message positioning for you to consider. Click here to inquire about this option.
