Small business owners can do a lot for themselves but they must consider if it is the best use of their time, energy and money. Expert SEO services are highly affordable these days. It is just a matter of doing the research. Small business owners do not need to reinvent the wheel or do everything themselves.
As a small business owner (Yum Yum Dishes), it pays to have more than one way to be found on the Internet. I have a product website (www.YumYumDish.com) and an online press kit (www.YumYumDish.PressKit247.com) that I use when interacting with the media. Having both increases my chances of being found. Plus, as an added bonus, I can attach my press kit to my pitches at PitchRate.com when I’m looking for media coverage.
